Learning Menu Last 3 Weeks

Here are the last 3 weeks of assignments. This time we are calling it a Menu to choose from instead of a choice board. Please let me know if you need any help with the things listed on the Menu pages.

Story Online

  • Every week there will be a new story to read online.
  • Click, highlight or type in the link into your browser.
  • Then select how you want to open it. I would select youtube.
  • Listen to the story a couple of times if possible before answering the questions.
  • Then fill out the bookmark questions.

 

Sight Word Frequency Phrases

  • Practice reading these daily if possible if not as often as you can.
  • The goal is to build up reading fluency.
  • At the end of the week test to see which phrases can be read correctly.

 

Story Problem

  • Read the story problem.
  • Decide if you need to add or subtract.
  • You can draw out the problem or write the number sentence.
  • Then solve and box in answer.

 

Submitting work weekly

You can choose to send the work to me on Fridays or Monday.

Take pictures of the following worksheets/activities for the week then email the photos to me at [email protected].

  • Weekly Menu
  • Question book mark
  • Tic Tac Toe Activities that didn’t fit on the page

Choice Board

Choose an activity to complete from the choice board.

 

Complete the activity, write the date you completed in the box   then put it on the answer document or answer page that goes with it. The number will be in the box or page. 

 

You only need to do 3 a week from this Choice board.

 

Turn in only the answer documents that you completed and keep the colored choice board and rest of the answer documents at home. You will be turning those in the other weeks to come.

 

You will have a total of 6 assignments to turn in on Mondays. 3 Reading/Writing and 3 Math/Science.
