Open a new file. Create some grass on the bottom of the file. Nothing fancy, start with a rectangle of green.
Go to the Tree file. Click and drag over the whole image. It should put a box around it. Right click on it and select group. All pieces are now grouped together. With it selected Copy it (ctrl C).

Do the same for the Eggs and Rabbit.
