Eat breakfast before you arrive

8:45- Call Time/unload trailer
9:00- Practice- Wearing Marching Shoes, black socks, shorts, show shirt
10:00- Gather uniform/Put on bibbers
Buses arrive
10:15- Load buses/Trailer
10:30- Depart PHS- Healthy snacks provided on bus
12:00- Arrive @ AC Jones Stadium
12:30- Warm Up
1:00- Move
1:10- On Field
1:15- Perform
1:30-2:00- Load trailer, change out of uniform, return to stands
All students must sit together as a band in the visitor side bleachers
2:00-5:00- Eat lunch/watch other band performances
Beeville Band Boosters are providing meals very similar to the Rough Rider contest (pre-paid)
5:30- Drum Major retreat/Results announcement

*If we do not make finals
6:00- Load buses/Depart
7:15- Arrive @ PHS, unload trailer

*If we do make finals
6:45-10:15- Finals performances time frame
Dinner will be paid for by band directors, time frame dependent on finals performance time
10:30- Drum Major retreat/Results announcement
10:45- Load buses/depart
12:00a- Arrive @ PHS, unload trailer

**STUDENTS: Make sure you have ALL proper parts of the uniform.

Shako/Gloves/Gauntlets
