Cybersecurity Risks and Online Safety

Poth ISD takes great pride in protecting students regarding cybersecurity and online safety. Our internet connection and devices are protected by multiple filters and other technology services designed to mitigate cybersecurity and online safety risks associated with internet usage by our students.

 

However, we as Poth ISD staff, teachers, and students mustn't solely rely on these technologies to protect our students. We should be proactive with our supervision and mentoring responsibilities so we better protect our students from the cybersecurity and online safety risks associated with internet usage.
