After Pep Rally - Load trailer
4:15p - Eat Dinner
4:45p - Depart PHS
5:00p - Arrive at Stadium, unload trailer
5:30p - Warm Up in Stands
6:00p - Band Parent Recognitions
6:30p - Pre Game (School Song, Fight Song, Sail, National Anthem)
7:00p - Game Begins - Go Pirates!!11:00p approx. - Game ends, Load trailer and buses
11:15p - Arrive at PHS, unload trailer. Do not leave until Band Hall is clean
