8:30a - Report to the band hall to grab instrument/music
8:45a - Load bus and depart
9:15a - Arrive @ La Vernia HS
- Once we arrive, we will altogether report to the cafeteria and set up a "base camp" to set down our belongings. Mr. Failing and I will then report elsewhere while La Vernia staff/students guide you to your audition rooms
~9:45a - Auditions begin in each instrument's respective rooms
~3:00-4:00p - Auditions will conclude at separate times based on each instrument. Once everyone has finished, we will load the bus and return to Poth.
I will communicate via Remind when everyone is done and give an ETA on when we should return to Poth. Good luck to everyone!
